Sea Level Flood Map

Sea level rise and coastal flooding impacts. The data and maps in this tool illustrate the scale of potential flooding, not the exact location, and do not account for erosion, subsidence, or future construction. Effect of sea level rise or sea level change can be seen on the map.

Photo simulations of how future flooding might impact local landmarks are also provided, as well as data related to water depth. Flood maps are one tool that communities use to know which areas have the highest risk of flooding. This information comes from the 2021 coastal hazard assessment, which was carried out for the council by the environmental and engineering.
